This property has family and entertaining at its heart, dining inside or out, the atmosphere and arrangement will tick all the boxes. Cook on the BBQ, whilst family and friends are enjoying the garden by the chimenea, or soaking up the evening sun in the hot tub, enjoy every moment.
Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/diner/snug with an electric oven and gas hob & an American style fridge/freezer. Log burner in the snug. From here there are patio doors leading out to the rear garden area.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, WC & washbasin. Additional WC with washbasin on this floor.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with 32″ smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower & WC.
Bedroom 2: A double/twin bedroom (5ft/2.6ft beds) with zip-link beds (please let us know at time of booking if you would like a twin or double) with 32″ smart TV and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin & WC.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom (3ft beds) with 24″ smart TV.
Bedroom 4: A double bedroom (4.6ft bed) with 24″ smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & WC.
Bedroom 5: A double/twin bedroom (5ft/2.6ft beds) with zip-link beds (please let us know at time of booking if you would like a twin or double) & 32″ smart TV & ensuite with a washbasin & WC. There is a free standing bath in the bedroom, also a log burner. Patio doors from here lead to the driveway.
Important to note – access to bedroom 5 has to be made through bedroom 4. There is access to bedroom 5 through the doors leading out to the driveway.
First Floor
Sitting room with sea/country views, 65″ SMART TV, seating for 10+ and log burner (please supply your own logs). Drinks bar & small fridge. Doors leading to 2 balcony’s with distant sea views and seating for 2 on each.
Outside
Rear enclosed garden with hot tub, charcoal BBQ and large seating area with all weather canopy & chimenea. Separate tiled courtyard area with games area and full sized tennis table and outdoor shower.
Please note – The hot tub has a check carried out every Wednesday by a qualified professional.
Parking
The property has a large driveway suitable for 4-5 vehicles.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of goose feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and highchair, please bring your own linen for the cot.

Heating
The property has underfloor and central heating which can be controlled via thermostats on the walls.

Accessibility
ACCESS: The parking area is located just outside the property. From here there is a flat driveway taking you to the front door. There are 2 steps taking you into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner/snug, 5 bedrooms, 4 ensuites, family bathroom & additional WC. There are 2 steps into the hallway from the front door, 1 step takes you to bedroom 4, and 1 step over the patio doors from bedroom 5 to driveway area. Bedroom 1 & 2 have doors leading to outside area with 1 step over door frame. From the snug kitchen area access can be gained to the side courtyard games area.
Important note – you have to go through bedroom 4 to get to bedroom 5. Access to bedroom 5 can also be made through the doors leading to the driveway.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a living room and 2 balcony areas. 1 step takes you out to each of the balcony areas.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen patio doors, there are 2 steps down to the garden, and 1 step out from the snug area to the side garden.
