Swing open a scarlet door and step into huge, natural, light-flooded rooms and panoramic views of coast and country. There’s room for everyone at The Red House.
Take in the sunset with a view from the balcony then sidle indoors and put your feet up in the huge 32-foot first-floor lounge. Share laughter and stories with a feast of local fare at the welcoming farmhouse-style table.
Head off to Harlyn beach to try your hand at some watersports or just to soak up the sun, return to laze in the garden or even head to the Trevose Golf and Country Club for a glass of wine overlooking the Atlantic. Then do it all again. Bliss.
Ground Floor
A kitchen with electric oven and hob, a large fridge, standard size freezer. A utility room with wine cooler, ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a WC and washbasin. A large dining room with a 32″ TV, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, 1 twin bedroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms with shower, washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, another further shower room with wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed).
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (3ft beds)with an en-suite shower room, with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5ft 6″ bed) and a TV.
Bedroom 4: A superking bedroom (6ft bed) with an en-suite shower room, with TV and washbasin.
Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) and a TV
First Floor
A large living room with balcony (take care with children) with a SMART TV and a DVD player and a single bedroom.
Bedroom 6: A single bedroom (3ft bed).
Outside
Large gardens to the front and rear with a picnic table and chairs.
Parking
Ample parking at the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and highchair in the house, please bring your own linen for the cot.

ACCESS: The Red House is situated down a communal drive then through private gates opening onto a gravelled parking area with space for approx 3 large cars. Access to the house is gained via the side door with 2 steps up to the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: On this floor are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom with 2 sets of 3ft bunkbeds with en-suite shower, wash basin and WC, 1 twin bedroom, 1 superking bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC, large dining room/hall with sliding patio doors leading down 2 steps to the back garden, 2 shower rooms with WC’s, bathroom with WC and utility room with seperate WC.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 steps will take you up to the first floor where there is 1 single child’s room and a 32ft living room. Up 1 step from the living room is a balcony with wonderful views of Harlyn Bay.
OUTSIDE: Outside the property there is the beauty of both front and rear gardens with a level patio to the back and a slightly sloping lawn area. For access around the property there is a tiled/gravel path. For front door access there is a slightly sloping lawn/path with 1 step up to the property.
