Set sail on your Cornish getaway in this 200-year old fisherman’s cottage. Huddled side-by-side in a row of slate-fronted cottages, The Sail Loft is just seconds from the harbour. Slide on those slippers and step into your courtyard for a brew, enjoy cottage living in the snug lounge and dining area, and get stuck into cooking up a storm in the modern kitchen suite at the heart of the house.
Ground Floor
Lounge/diner with 32″ TV and kitchen with an electric oven with a gas hob and a fridge/freezer with a standard size fridge and small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
First Floor
Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin, 1 double bedroom.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed) with 18″ TV
Second Floor
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with 18″ TV – this is a zip and link bed, please request at time of booking if you would like this bed made up as a double or twin.
Outside
Rear patio area with table and chairs.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot, please bring your own linen.

The property has central heating.

Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.

No smoking.
Care must be taken with young children as the stairs are steep and narrow, also care must be taken in the bedroom on the second floor as there is no door to the bedroom.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From Church Lane there is one step over the threshold into the lounge/dining area and from here one step up into the kitchen.
INSIDE: Back inside, from the lounge there are 10 steps to a small landing area on the 1st floor then the double bedroom is on the same level and a further 3 steps lead to the bathroom with its roll top bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is 1 large step and then a step over the threshold into the small patio are with its table and chairs.
