This property has family and entertaining at its heart with a large open-plan living area that has far-reaching ocean views. If you’re in need of sand between your toes, you’re spoilt for choice. All seven bays of Padstow are within reach. After a busy day on the beach, sit back and relax with a drink in hand whilst taking-in the spectacular views at this dog-friendly coastal retreat in a breathtaking location.

Ground Floor
Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer & washbasin.
Three king size bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms, one single bedroom with pull out bed.
Bedroom 1: A king size bedroom (5ft bed) with open plan en-suite bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin / double bedroom (3ft beds).  This room can be made into a double, twin or single.  (please let us know if you would like the additional bed made up for your stay).  Access to bedroom 3’s en suite can be gained.
Bedroom 3: A king size bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Patio doors lead out to the garden from this room.  The en-suite shower room can also be accessed from bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: A king size bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite bathroom with bath, handheld shower & washbasin (a curtain separate’s this area from the bedroom). Patio doors lead out to the garden from this room.

First Floor
Open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with gas induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Sage coffee machine & large American style fridge/freezer. 55″ Smart TV, plenty of seating and patio doors which open with a glass safety screen.
Cloakroom WC with washbasin.
Separate snug lounge area with seating, 49″ Smart TV and electric fire.

Outside
There is a lawned back garden with gravel and patio area. There is a decked seating area with table and chairs.

Parking
The property benefits from parking for 2 cars, plus one small car, directly outside the house on the driveway. There is also an electric charging point which can be used at an additional charge.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and high chair, please bring your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility

ACCESS:  Access is gained from the flat driveway through the front door to the first floor. Alternatively, 14 steps take you down to a communal area shared with next door to the back door of the house. There is one step through the back door into the property.

INSIDE:  Once inside the first floor is all on one level until you get to the stairs, then there are 13 steps down from the open plan kitchen/dining room to the ground floor.

OUTSIDE:  From two of the bedroom patio doors, there is one step to the garden area and one step up to the decking with seating. Down one side of the house is 2 steps, and the other is one step leading to the side gate.
