Chill out on the beautiful south facing terrace and soak up the sun and views over old Padstow. Enjoy socialising in the open plan indoor/outdoor living space. A characterful Victorian detached house, with parking, just a five-minute walk to the harbour and beaches.
Tall and proud, this property boasts an impressive three storeys and sits on a charming old lane with the deer park opposite. Behind its slate façade, you’ll find a host of traditional features, including a log burner, and views to shout about.
Rest and recuperate in one of the four beautiful bedrooms, helping to keep those batteries recharged and ready for the following days adventures.
Make the most of the well designed and equipped kitchen, open plan to the lounge / diner, engaging with friends and family for an amazing holiday experience.
Ground Floor
Lounge/diner with SMART TV and a woodburner (bring your own logs). Kitchen with an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer Shower/utility room with WC, sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor
1 king-size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with shower above and washbasin and a separate WC.

Second Floor
1 king-size bedroom and 1 double bedroom.
Bedroom 3: A king-size bedroom (5ft bed) with Smart TV and a desk with computer chair.

South facing sun terrace and lower patio with charcoal BBQ.
Parking
There is parking for one car on the driveway and parking for a small car in the garage (4.3m x 2.4m).
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and highchair, please provide your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the road there is a small paved driveway with parking plus a garage.
INSIDE: One step up over the threshold takes you into the ground floor hallway. From here there is one high step up into the kitchen with a door leading through to a shower/utility room.
Back in the hallway there is a very gradual slope down in to the living/dining room.
14 steps take you up to the first floor (watch your head on the way down as part of the ceiling is low). On this floor there is a separate WC and a narrow corridor leading down to a bathroom with bath and shower above and a twin bedroom.
Two steps down from this hall lead through a low doorway into an upper hall where there is a king size double bedroom plus a further 12 steps up to the top floor where there is one double bedroom and one king-size bedroom.
OUTSIDE: From the living area there are patio doors leading out over the base’s frame to a smooth tiled patio area with table and chairs. Eight steps down lead onto a further patio area.
