This property is ideally placed to make the most of everything North Cornwall has to offer, whether that’s laid back village life or getting out and active at the beach, in Padstow and beyond.

Light, contemporary, recently refurbished and finished to a high standard, it now offers more space with great sea views from the new top bedroom. Towan Veals has everything you need to make more of your holiday – with open living spaces and two lounges where you can gather together, as well as tucked away spots inside and out for a moment’s peace.

Kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer), lounge with a 32″ TV and DVD player, a separate lounge with 32″ TV and DVD player, opening through patio doors into the garden, utility room and a separate cloakroom with washbasin and WC.

First Floor
One king size double room with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, a second double room,  2 twin rooms and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with en-suite shower room with a shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Second Floor

The property has parking for 2 cars.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Heating
The property has gas central heating and an electric fire in the living room and a wood burner in the kitchen, please bring your own logs for the fire.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From the gravel drive there is a gate then paved level path around to the rear of the house, 2 steps take you up to a paved patio area and one step over the threshold of the back door into the utility room.

GROUND FLOOR:  From the utility room there is one step up into the kitchen/dining area and the ground floor is then on one level which includes the hall, living room, ‘snug’ and cloakroom with washbasin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs will then take you to the first floor with access to the one double and 2 twin bedrooms and the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, one of the twins has an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

SECOND FLOOR: 14 stairs take to you the second floor with double en-suite bedroom and en-suite shower.

OUTSIDE ACCESS:  From the ‘snug’ there are patio doors into the rear garden with one step over the threshold and one step down.
