From its real wood floors to its granite worktops, towering windows to sleek bathrooms, every detail has been lovingly finished with your holiday experience in mind.
Find a sunny spot indoors or out to plan your day. Hop in the car to explore the Seven Bays or take a short stroll to the sands and surf of Constantine. Head home to a hot outdoor shower and an evening of laughter in the large open living and dining space, before sinking into your pillow ready to do it all again tomorrow.
Ground Floor
Large hallway, utility room, large kitchen/diner/lounge, with two full sized electric ovens and a hob, American style fridge freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer with ice maker) in the kitchen and a 32″ TV in the lounge.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath & separate shower
Bedroom 2: King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower
Bedroom 3: Double/Twin beds (3ft beds) & adjacent bathroom with bath and shower over
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (3ft beds) & adjacent family bathroom with bath and separate shower
Travel cot available in cupboard by front door in property.
First Floor
A second lounge with a large seating area that has a 48″ TV, SKY and DVD player with a Juliet balcony and a separate WC with washbasin.
Outside
A sunken garden with patio area to the front with table and chairs.
A large back garden with patio, table and chairs, BBQ and an outside shower.
Parking
Parking to the front and Podpoint EV charger available at an additional charge.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
A highchair and travel cot are available at the property, please bring your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the driveway there is 1 step up inside into the large hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: From here there is 1 step down to a twin bedroom with french doors leading out down 1 step to the garden and a bathroom with bath/shower, WC, basin. There is also a utility room with a door leading out down 1 step to the side path and hot outside shower.
3 steps up from the hallway take you into the large kitchen/dining/lounge area. Just off this room is a hallway leading to the master bedroom with en-suite, the 2 zip-link bedrooms (one with en-suite), and 1 bathroom and 1 WC. From the master bedroom, patio doors lead off this to the front of the house with 3 large steps down from here. From bedroom 4, one step leads you out through patio doors out to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: Back in the hallway, 12 steps take you up to the second lounge with juliette balcony and separate WC with basin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge area there is one step down on to the patio, from the patio there are 4 large steps down onto the lawn (there is also a side path leading from the front drive to the back garden). There is a shed for surfboards and a gas BBQ. From the lounge seating area, there is one step out of the patio french doors and 3 steps down to the front of the house.
