Trenoder is perfect for all seasons and will take good care of you. Whether its cosy nights by the log burner, or out stretched in the sun drenched garden, this property is suitable for people of all ages. Lets create those special holiday memories.
Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/diner with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. From here there are patio doors leading out to the rear garden area. Under the stairs cloakroom.
2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite), 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, a washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4.6ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4.6ft bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & WC
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom (3.6ft beds)
First Floor
Sitting room with 38″ TV, seating for 8 and log burner (please supply your own logs). Separate toilet with WC and washbasin and utility storage cupboard. Balcony with distant sea views and seating for 2.
Outside
Rear garden with decking and 2 seating areas.
Parking
There are 2 spaces for the property outside the front of the house.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There is underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner in the living room.

Accessibility
ACCESS: The parking area is located just outside the property. From here there is a flat pavement through a gate taking you to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms, cloakroom & family bathroom all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a living room, balcony area, and small WC. 2 steps take you out to the balcony area.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen patio doors, there is one step over the door, and 2 large steps down the decked area to the garden. A side gate in the garden provides you with access down a shared lane to the main road leading down to Trevone Beach.
