An open plan kitchen/diner, a lounge with TV, conservatory, One double bedroom with access to the garden, one twin room and a family bathroom.

A double bedroom and bathroom with a handheld shower.

Parking for up to 2 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
The property is heated throughout by central heating and there is a gas fireplace in the living room.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area at the front of the house. There are 3 steps down from the parking space and 3 steps up and through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground level there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room and a kitchen with dining area. Also on this floor is access to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps will take you to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with washbasin, bath, handheld shower and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there is 1 step through the doors down onto the decking, where you can reach the garden by going down 3 steps. Access to the patio is one step down from the grassy area.
