Drifting into a good book from the armchair or soaking up the atmosphere in a cosy nook. Writer’s Cottage brings you the balance of traditional and contemporary just a short stroll from central Padstow.
Avoid the hustle and escape the bustle with a holiday at Writer’s Cottage, a cosy cottage once owned by famous novelist Patricia Tyrell, whose books you can find right here in the cottage. Tucked away along a residential mews, its open plan lounge and diner make great use of space, while the furnished courtyard is made for mid-morning coffees and lazy afternoons. Tread wooden floorboards and lean back in the living room, before whipping up a dinner for two in the newly fitted kitchen. And if you’ve got that novel still waiting to be written, the view from the bedroom window seat might be all the inspiration you need.Accessibility
