ACCESS: From Lodenek Avenue, there is a small driveway that leads you up to the door of the property. The driveway is on a small slope and there is one step up and over the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step takes you over the threshold into the lounge area, once inside the ground floor is all on one level with access to the kitchen once through the living area. From the kitchen, there is a rear door that take you out onto the enclosed garden area, where there is a seating area and outdoor Summerhouse.
FIRST FLOOR: From the lounge 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and WC which are all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 small step up and over the kitchen takes you out into the enclosed patio area. One small step takes you into the Summerhouse.
HEATING: The property is central heated, the boiler is located in the kitchen wall cupboard. There is a thermostat in the wall unit in the kitchen.
BABIES/CHILDREN: The property comes equipped with a cot and high chair. You are able to hire additional equipment from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house. For contact details click here
