Utility room with washer/dryer and sink, shower room with washbasin and WC.

First Floor

Three double bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin and a shower room with waterfall shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (6ft).
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4ft6).
Bedroom 3:  King-size bed (5ft).

Second Floor

Attic room with day bed (truckle bed can be made up upon request).    Distant views of the town and Camel Estuary.


From the kitchen there is a patio area with seating and then steps up to the higher patio with outside dining for 8 people.


The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here

Linen & Towels

This property provides linen and towels (mixture of feather and synthetic).
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.


There is central heating throughout and an electric log effect burner in the sung and wood burner in the family room.


WIFI & Broadband is available.
