ACCESS: From the entrance there are two steps up into house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside you have the kitchen/dining room and lounge on the ground floor, as well as a separate WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 steps take you to the first floor with its master bedroom with Juliet balcony and en suite bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, a bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge there are French doors leading down two steps onto the patio area.
HEATING: The property has underfloor heating throughout downstairs and there is a thermostat in each room. There are dimplex wall heaters throughout upstairs.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.
