ACCESS: From the car park, there is a door which leads you into the entrance of the apartments, from the hallway there are either 16 steps up to the apartment or you can use the lift.
INSIDE: Once in the apartment it is all on one level
OUTSIDE: There is a small step over the threshold from the lounge onto the balcony and from the bedroom over the door to the patio area.
HEATING: Underfloor heating via gas boiler – the boiler is in the cupboard opposite the front door and there are thermostats in each room.

An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven and hob and standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen, there is also one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower , washbasin and a WC.
