ACCESS: Access is gained from the main road there is a pathway to the front door where there are 4 large steps to the door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside you are in the open plan lounge/dining area and from here there are 12 steps down a spiral staircase to the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: Going upstairs there are 13 steps up the spiral staircase to the first floor to the twin and the double bedroom (en-suite shower room in the double bedroom) and a family bath with a bath with a hand held shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back to the lower ground floor, there is one step over the doorway into the patio/courtyard area with table and 4 chairs. Across the courtyard is the annexe with one step up into the double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the double bedroom. There is also an electric fire in the living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.
Also from the courtyard there are 4 steps up through a gate onto the pathway.
