ACCESS: There is room for 3 cars to park on the driveway. There is a sloped driveway down to the front door. There are 4 steps down into the side entrance.
GROUND FLOOR: Walk through the front door into an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Bi-fold patio doors open up onto a decked terrace area which provide panoramic views of the Camel Estuary. The hallway is open up to the lounge and from here is an integrated utility room and separate WC. There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites. The first king size double bedroom has French patio doors with 2 steps down to the terrace. The second king size bedroom has 2 steps out to the terrace.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the balcony terrace area there is one step down to the next level, then 3 steps down to the garden area.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the loft.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is on the unit in the living room.
All instruction files for the house are kept in the living room.

Open plan kitchen/living room/dining room provides views over the estuary from every angle. There are two sets of bi-fold doors opening onto the decked terrace area. Wake up to sunlight streaming in through sash windows, take the dog for a short stroll to the quayside to pick up a freshly baked loaf then head back to your terraced garden for an breakfast looking out over the estuary. If only every day could start the Sunnyhill way.
