ACCESS: From the car park, there are 10 steps up to the main door which leads you into the entrance of the apartments, from the hallway there are either 17 steps up to the apartment or you can use the lift.
INSIDE: Once inside the apartment is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge, there is a small step over the threshold to the balcony. Two high steps up to the small secret patio area at the back of the apartment.

An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge, a gas oven and induction hob, standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher and Krups coffee machine. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a further two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower , washbasin and a WC.
