An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge, a gas oven and induction hob, standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher and Krups coffee machine.  There  is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a further two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower , washbasin and a WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5″ bed) with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5” bed).
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4″6 bed).


Large private sunny patio area over looking the Camel Estuary and an afternoon sundeck at the rear.


There is an allocated parking space for the apartment, and plenty of additional guest parking space.

Linen & Towels

Linen and towels are provided (pillows and duvets are a mixture of feather and synthetic).
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access is via a keypad and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

The property is heated via underfloor heating.


WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.  Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
