Sip on your glass of wine whilst lounging in the spacious conservatory, watching the kids play outside in the glorious sunshine. When dinner is ready, watch the sail boats floating along the Camel Estuary as you sit at the dining table.
Mi-Joy benefits from a beautiful view of the Estuary and is just a stone’s throw onto the Camel Trail for a short stroll to Padstow centre or if you are feeling more energetic, hire some bikes and cycle the trail.
ACCESS: From the sloped driveway there are 5 steps up to the front door and 1 step over into the hallway. To the left is the lounge/dining room and from here is 1 step down to the conservatory.
Back to the entrance hallway, straight ahead is the kitchen with 1 step down through another door leading to the conservatory.
The 2 bedrooms also lead off from the hallway, the double to the back of the bungalow and the twin to the front.
OUTSIDE: From the conservatory, there are 2 doors out to the back garden, both with 1 step down onto the patio. From the patio there are 5 steps up to the lawn area. From the front garden there is a side entrance to the back garden.

The entrance hall leads you to an open plan lounge / dining room with corner sofa, flat sceen TV, electric log burner effect fire and dining table. Views from the dining area over the estuary.
From the lounge, leads to a spacious conservatory with seating overlooking the garden.
Again, off from the entrance hall, is the kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and small dining table with seating for 4.
Bathroom to include shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail and separate WC with wash basin.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5ft6″).
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3ft) with views over the estuary.
There are gardens to the front and back of the house. In the back garden there is a patio area with seating and steps up to a lawn.Parking
The property benefits from parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway and additional parking along the road.Linen & Towels
This property provides linen and towels (synthetic duvets in both rooms, feather pillows in double room, synthetic in twin room).
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
