Back at the house, the sun on the terrace beckons while the kids and dogs scamper on the grass. Inside, the spacious open-plan layout makes Sandbanks a wonderfully relaxing house to settle in, with plenty of room for everyone. Just make sure you have enough pasties for all those sea-air appetites…
From the outside parking area, there is one small step onto the outside pathway and then one step up and over the doorway into the house. From here, the house is all on one level.
From both the lounge and the bunk bedroom, there is entry onto the back terrace area with one step up and over the patio doors, from the terrace there are 7 steps from the front of the terrace and 2 steps from the side of the terrace leading onto the lawned area. From the lawned area you can walk around the side of the house with one step leading up.
From the front of the house there are 3 steps up to the patio area and an additional 2 steps up to the lawned area.
