ACCESS: From the pavement, there are 9 steps up to the front door and one step over taking you into the entrance hall.
GROUND FLOOR: From here, the lounge/dining room/kitchen are all on one level. From the dining area 4 stairs take you to the master double (5ft bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. From the kitchen there is 1 step over the door and 2 steps down to the patio or the door from the dining room also leads 1 step over and 2 steps down to the patio.
FIRST FLOOR: From the lounge there are 13 stairs to the first floor with a double bedroom (5ft bed), twin bedroom (3ft beds) and main bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there is 1 step out of the door then 2 steps down which take you onto the patio area. You can also access the patio from the dining room, 1 step over the door and 2 steps onto the patio. From the patio area, there is also a gate taking you down 7 steps to the back of the house and the garage.
