ACCESS: From the car parking area there is a path to the front of the cottages. Sunflower has an open front patio area with a ramp up to front door. Front door over threshold to inner porch, then threshold to inner front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Enter into living room which is open plan to the kitchen/dining room and cloakroom.
FIRST FLOOR: From the living room there are 13 stairs to the first floor with stair gates top and bottom. the first floor is all on one level with access to double bedroom at front and twin/ bunk at the rear, shower room no bath in the middle.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: There is a rear door from the kitchen leading to the back patio with a threshold step then one step down to paved patio area with built in BBQ fenced all around.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the kitchen cupboard. There is a thermostat on the wall by the kitchen and heating can be controlled via the radiators by turning up or down.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a highchair in the property which is located in the kitchen. There is also a travel cot which is kept in the twin bedroom.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is on the unit in the living room.
All instruction files for the house are kept in the living room.
The high chair is kept in the kitchen and the Travel cot is in the twin room.

Patio garden at the rear of the house with a table and chairs and a patio area at the front of the house.
Parking for one car in the garage (dimensions are 2.2 metres wide x 2.2 metres high). If you need alternative parking, you can also us the Church car park in St Issey where you will find an honesty box for donations.
Linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Linen changed weekly.
All pillows and duvets are synthetic.

Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival
You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
