ACCESS: From Barry’s Lane there are 2 steps through the front door leading onto the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: You enter the ground floor into the hallway, lounge, there is an open plan kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen there is a door leading out down 1 step to the rear garden.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside there are 13 stairs upstairs to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and washbasin, the master double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE: The garden is generally flat with a patio area which is enclosed. There are tables and chairs in the garden and there is one step down at the end.
HEATING: Sage Cottage has central heating and can be controlled on the radiators. There is also a wood burner in the dining room.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.

Tuck under the garden archway for breakfast on the lawn. Throw off your walking boots, grab some logs and plump down infront of the roaring wood burner. Settle into the bedroom window seat and watch clouds flame red as the sun sets. 2 The Court brings the best out of Cottage living.

Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.
