ACCESS: From Barry’s Lane there are 2 steps through the front door leading onto the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: You enter the ground floor into the hallway, lounge, there is an open plan kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen there is a door leading out down 1 step to the rear garden.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside there are 13 stairs up to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and washbasin, the master double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE: The garden is generally flat with a patio area which is enclosed. There are tables and chairs in the garden and there is one step down at the end.
